Our Hatha Yoga classes are a blend of static and flowing postures.

This form of yoga focuses on simple postures that flow from one to the other at a very comfortable pace; wonderful for the beginner student, or an experienced practitioner seeking a more relaxed class.

Class will have a freestyle form of teaching that follows the students energies and needs, and will change with the weather, seasons, and time of day.
